Think… re-think
Thought I was making the right progress, but I am suddenly set back by those darn statistics…
Still, the majority of web-surfers uses Internet Explorer. On curlysoul.com for instance, in November, I had 1404 unique visitors. 65.1% of these visitors were using Internet Explorer, which of course is strongly related to the 77% of total amount of visitors that was using Window$…
So while I was pondering and working on adaptations of K2… I guess I have to rethink my strategy and tweak together a theme that satisfies all tastes. Sticking to your own believes on what is good and what not in the area of webstandards is fine, but still you have to keep in mind what the customer (the King) might face.
So cross-browser compatibility of my domains is another point to add to my list.
Back to the drawingboard!
[update Dec. 16th '05]
Decided that for ipears I will keep K2… for the other sites I am currently tweaking a version of Semiologic Theme & CMS.
