Letting the java back in…

I take my two-and-a-half months without coffee for granted. I know my body does not need the stuff and so I can enjoy it only when I really want to. So no more drinking without thinking.
I made a very nice honey-cappuccino this morning and could really appreciate it. Took the time for it and enjoyed it thoroughly. I come to see coffee in a different view: Not anymore part of daily routine, but an enjoyment for the right moment… something like tiramisú. ;) It would not be such a joy if I ate that trice a day!

I feel good, and more in control. Life becomes another step easier!
