When reading the blog of Jeffery Michael, I asked myself another WHY? question: Why is it common to start the day with coffee and drink it all day long? Do I want that? Do I need that? Is it good for me? How does it affect my body?
Today (22-11-‘04) I start living without coffee. Some sort of test, to see how it affects my being and my body. Breaking pattern in a simple way: not doing it.
